What's included
What you're getting, in plain words.
Recording time
Your session is 60 minutes of total recording time (2 hours for Executive). We set up the cameras, mics and lights before you arrive, so the clock is all yours. Arrive 15 minutes early for a quick mic check.
Simple edit
Every session comes with a simple edit: one video that cuts to whoever is speaking, with the audio and video synced. You can watch it, share it or hand it to an editor right away.
ISO files
The individual recording from each camera, unedited. They're useful if you or your editor want full control over the final cut.
Full professional edit
We turn your recording into a polished, publish-ready episode:
- Multi-camera editing that cuts naturally between angles
- Cleanup of big mistakes, awkward pauses and dead air, keeping the natural flow
- Balanced, clear audio with background noise reduced where possible
- Color matched across every camera
- Your intro, outro, logo, speaker names and on-screen titles added
- A full-length video episode in the format we agree on, ready to publish
One session can be edited into up to 2 episodes. Recording more than that in your session? Each extra episode can be edited for $239.
Short-form clip
A post-ready vertical video for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Each clip has animated on-screen captions that follow every word, plus titles and sound polish, so it works even when people scroll with the sound off. You choose the moments, the length and how you want them cut. Clips can come from any of your sessions.
Monthly clip allowance
The total number of clips you get each month, across all your sessions.
Episode thumbnail
A custom cover image for your episode, designed from your video and sized for YouTube.
Remote guest
Someone who joins from anywhere through Riverside, using a simple browser link. Riverside records their video and audio on their own device, so the quality holds up even on a shaky connection. We'll help them set up for the best result.
People in the studio
Up to 4 people on camera, and up to 8 in the room in total.
In-studio producer
Eben runs the cameras, lights and sound and watches the whole session, so you never touch the tech.
Priority scheduling
You book sessions around your own availability. Priority scheduling means you can lock in a regular time slot, so it's yours every month.

How you get your files
By Dropbox link. Prefer a USB transfer? Bring your own drive and we'll copy your files to it for free.
Fine print
- Grace period: sessions have a 10-minute grace period. Going more than 10 minutes past your recording time adds another session at your package rate.
- Edit changes: each full professional edit includes two rounds of changes.
- Clip changes: each clip includes one round of changes.
- File storage: files are kept for 7 days after delivery, so download them soon.
- Remote guests: their video quality depends on their own camera and internet.
- Memberships: 2-month minimum. You're billed each month after recording, before your files are delivered. To cancel, email the studio once you've received your files for the month.
- Missed membership sessions: let us know ahead of time and the session rolls over to the next month.

Yes. Most of our clients are first-timers. Your producer sets everything up and guides you, and our prep guide covers the rest.
What should I wear?
Solid colors. Avoid thin stripes, small patterns and big logos.
Is editing included?
Every session includes a simple edit and ISO files. Executive Production, the Professional Membership and the Brand Authority Suite also include a full professional edit, and you can add one to any session for $239. See what's in a full edit
What do I get if I don't buy an edit?
Every session includes a simple edit that cuts to whoever is speaking, with synced audio and video, plus the ISO files from every camera. It's ready to watch and share, or to hand to an editor.
How many episodes can I make from one session?
A full edit covers up to 2 episodes from one session. If you record more than that, each extra episode can be edited for $239.
How many people can I bring?
Up to 4 people on camera, and up to 8 in the studio in total.
Can I have remote guests?
Yes. Guests join through Riverside with a simple browser link, and their video and audio are recorded in high quality on their end. Standard includes one remote guest. Executive includes up to 3. Creator members get one per session, and Professional and Brand Authority members get up to 3. Compare packages

Yes. We can stream your event or interview live from the studio. Ask us for a quote.

How do I get my files?

Who picks the moments for my clips?
You do. Tell us the moments, the length and how you'd like them cut, and we'll make them post-ready.
Can I use my own music and logo?
Yes. Bring them along. Please make sure you have the rights to any music.
Who owns the content?
You do, once paid in full. We only share clips or behind-the-scenes photos with your permission.
When are you open?
By appointment only. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with evening (5 to 8:30pm) and weekend sessions available on request. We don't take walk-ins, and your producer is in the room for every session.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 7 days for recording sessions. Free tours just need a confirmed time. Request a Free Tour
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Changes within 48 hours are charged 50%. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
What if I'm running late?
Call or text us. Your session still ends at the booked time. If you're more than 30 minutes late without telling us, the session is cancelled and counts as a no-show.
What happens if we run over time?
You get a 10-minute grace period. After that, another session is added at your package rate.
When do I pay?
In full, before or at the start of your session. Files are released once payment is complete.
How does billing work for memberships?
You're billed each month after recording, before your files are delivered. There's a 2-month minimum. To cancel, just email the studio after you've received that month's files.
What if I miss a membership session?
Let us know ahead of time and it rolls over to the next month.
Can I change my membership?
Yes. Tell your producer you'd like to upgrade or downgrade, and we'll talk it through.
