What should I wear?+
Solid colors. Avoid thin stripes, small patterns and big logos.
Is editing included?+
Every session includes a simple edit and ISO files. Executive Production, the Professional Membership and the Brand Authority Suite also include a full professional edit, and you can add one to any session for $239. See what's in a full edit
What do I get if I don't buy an edit?+
Every session includes a simple edit that cuts to whoever is speaking, with synced audio and video, plus the ISO files from every camera. It's ready to watch and share, or to hand to an editor.
How many episodes can I make from one session?+
A full edit covers up to 2 episodes from one session. If you record more than that, each extra episode can be edited for $239.
How many people can I bring?+
Up to 4 people on camera, and up to 8 in the studio in total.
Can I have remote guests?+
Yes. Guests join through Riverside with a simple browser link, and their video and audio are recorded in high quality on their end. Standard includes one remote guest. Executive includes up to 3. Creator members get one per session, and Professional and Brand Authority members get up to 3. Compare packages
Can you live stream?+
Yes. We can stream your event or interview live from the studio. Ask us for a quote.
How fast do I get my files?+
Simple edit and ISO files within 24 hours. Full edits and clips within 10 business days. Need it sooner? 48-hour rush delivery is $100.
How do I get my files?+
By Dropbox link, or bring your own drive for a free USB transfer.
Who picks the moments for my clips?+
You do. Tell us the moments, the length and how you'd like them cut, and we'll make them post-ready.
Can I use my own music and logo?+
Yes. Bring them along. Please make sure you have the rights to any music.
Who owns the content?+
You do, once paid in full. We only share clips or behind-the-scenes photos with your permission.
When are you open?+
By appointment only. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with evening (5 to 8:30pm) and weekend sessions available on request. We don't take walk-ins, and your producer is in the room for every session.
How far ahead should I book?+
At least 7 days for recording sessions. Free tours just need a confirmed time. Request a Free Tour
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Changes within 48 hours are charged 50%. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
What if I'm running late?+
Call or text us. Your session still ends at the booked time. If you're more than 30 minutes late without telling us, the session is cancelled and counts as a no-show.
What happens if we run over time?+
You get a 10-minute grace period. After that, another session is added at your package rate.
When do I pay?+
In full, before or at the start of your session. Files are released once payment is complete.
How does billing work for memberships?+
You're billed each month after recording, before your files are delivered. There's a 2-month minimum. To cancel, just email the studio after you've received that month's files.
What if I miss a membership session?+
Let us know ahead of time and it rolls over to the next month.
Can I change my membership?+
Yes. Tell your producer you'd like to upgrade or downgrade, and we'll talk it through.
