Get ready for your session.

Before you book

• Book recording sessions at least 7 days ahead. Free tours just need a confirmed time.
• Your session is confirmed once you get our confirmation email.
• Payment is due in full before or at the start of your session.
• Need to change plans? Reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.
• Recording with remote guests or live streaming? Tell us when you book.

On the day

• Arrive 15 minutes early. Everything is set up before you get here.
• Running late? Call or text (330) 333-6156. Your session still ends on time. More than 30 minutes late without notice counts as a no-show.
• Wear solid colors. Avoid thin stripes, small patterns and big logos.
• Want to read an intro or ad copy? Ask for the free teleprompter.
• Bring a USB drive or hard drive if you'd like to take files with you.
• Please take care with the equipment. Damage caused by you or your guests is charged at repair or replacement cost.

After your session

• A simple edit and ISO files within 24 hours, by Dropbox link. Prefer USB? Bring your own drive and we'll copy your files to it for free.
• Full edits and clips (if included) within 10 business days. 48-hour rush delivery is $100.
• Files are kept for 7 days after delivery, so download them soon.
• Once paid in full, you own everything you recorded.
