Your guest joins through Riverside with a browser link, with no download and no account needed. Before recording, your producer checks their sound, camera and lighting. Small fixes make a big difference:

• Using the best mic or headset they have
• Picking a quieter room with less echo
• Facing a window or lamp so their face is lit

Their side is recorded on their end

Riverside records your guest directly on their own device, in up to 4K video (depending on their camera) and uncompressed audio. That means a weak internet connection doesn't show up in the final recording, and each person ends up on a separate track for clean editing.

We match the sound afterward

When your package includes editing, we balance the guest's audio with yours, so the conversation sounds even from start to finish.
